The In-Situ Flywheel: Turning Regressions into Weights
Semiconductor companies cannot route proprietary microarchitecture through public cloud APIs. Sovereign RSI infrastructure must operate entirely within the customer firewall.
A chip company's core differentiation lives in decades of accumulated golden RTL, proprietary PDK rules, register maps, and historical tape-out errata. Exposing these assets to multi-tenant cloud services is unacceptable from an IP risk standpoint. Moreover, naive retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) fails across 500-page register specifications, burning tens of thousands of tokens per query while missing cross-hierarchy constraints.
Our infrastructure deploys sovereignly inside the enterprise compute perimeter—whether private cloud VPCs or on-premises GPU clusters. It ingests historical version control repositories (Git and Perforce), decoupling past bug fixes into structured triplets: the defective RTL state, the senior engineer's verified resolution, and the triggering testbench.
As design and verification engineers interact with the platform daily, every successfully validated triage and timing closure run generates an auditable execution trace. These traces continuously update specialized local weights, turning routine engineering operations into a compounding institutional asset.
